3 tablespoon butter (45 gr), melted

14 oz cream cheese (400 gr), room temperature
¾ cup icing sugar (90 gr), sifted
¼ cup Irish cream liqueur (60 ml)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
⅔ cup whipping cream (160 ml), chilled
